ROEHAMPTON LANE, ROEHAMPTON, LONDON SW15 The site became vacant land following the construction of the new Roehampton PFI hospital. Lying adjacent to the Grade 1 Listed Roehampton House the site is under the close scrutiny of English Heritage and local lobby groups. HFBT Director Kevin Burrell was appointed by Queen Mary's Hospital NHS Trust following an open OJEC competition, and developed the scheme up to a full planning application, achieving high densities in a very sensitive location. This mixed use scheme includes over 300 apartments, townhouses and semi-detached homes, as well as a Primary Care unit. Planning approval was granted in late 2004
