REFURBISHMENT AND EXTENSION OF THE SWAN CENTRE LEATHEHEAD, SURREY Town centre mixed use developments are HFBT's core activity. Four planning consents were achieved for the refurbishment of the shopping centre and three alternative mixes of use on the adjoining site: retail, multiplex cinema and offices, retail, fitness centre and offices and the completed proposal of retail, 93 bedroom hotel and 78 flats.
